Psychometric test - this is conducted at the level of the recruitment of the candidates and is focused towards the development of the organization.
16 PF tests - It is the personality test of the candidates. This mirrors the overall profile of the participants of the training session.

A trained psychologist, she is an M A (Psychology) from Nagpur University. She has had wide and varied experience in HR functions and has been involved in conducting and evaluating psychometric tests at all levels of an organization since the day of her stepping into this domain. She was actively involved as an associate with HEADWAY, a division of Taj Group of Hotels, Saville and Holdsworth India Pvt Ltd a branch of SHL, U.K.

The Ex-Pro Vice-Chancellor of Mahatma Gandhi International Hindi University, he is also the Ex- Senior Vice President (HRD & GS) Ispat Industries Ltd. A public speaker, motivator and HRD Trainer, Mr. Sinha is a consultant with over 28 years of proven leadership and team building abilities. He has a successful track record in public, private and multinational corporations and in Greenfield projects.
All these achievements have gained him the recognition of the leading HRD Consultant and trainer of Central India, of Nagpur and Vidarbha region.
