Job Description:
● Use technical skill set to give strong understanding of KBL product & service for customer
● Able to technically troubleshoot problems and attend service and breakdown call
● Keep a close watch on all mining department for tenders & information on file movement within
department and develop long-term relationships with clients.
● Should assist in all Mine survey and also commercial activities within the designated area
● Assist Sales Managers with per-sales and product education and support marketing team
activities by organizing energy audit, road shows and other marketing events for clients
● Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts for proper After Sales
Support and achieving targets & goals set by the company
● Submit proper reports for head office and maintain proper statement for accounting team
● Perform regular Pump Health Checkup, Pump Troubleshooting, Servicing and Maintenance of
Installed Pump in Coal mines.
Skills:
● Understanding of mechanical or related fields skill set
● Ability to learn new pump technology and provide strong analytical and problem solving skills
● Good interpersonal and organizational skills
● Understand and read English language and also commercial activities
Qualification & Experience:
● ITI & Diploma Mechanical or related fields degree or Industrial Experience is preferred�
